Ballard County IDA Housing Development Grant Application

The Ballard County Fiscal Court and the Ballard County Industrial Development Authority are now accepting applications for grants of up to $5,000.00 to support the creation of housing in Ballard County. These grants are designed to reimburse citizens or developers for expenses related to but not limited to city water/sewer tap-on fees, wells, septic tank installation etc. Funding is available on a first-come, first-served basis until the total grant allocation of $25,000.00 is exhausted. The Ballard County IDA reserves the right to reject any application, and all applications will require an inspection by the Ballard County IDA.
